The Ritz-Carlton, San Juan Hotel, Spa & Casino is located on eight
acres of prime beachfront property in Isla Verde, convenient to both
the city's business district and historic Old San Juan. The elegant
accommodations and gracious service complement three fabulous restaurants
and the first "Ritz" casino.
In contrast to the electric atmosphere of the casino, the hotel offers
guests a quietly luxurious retreat with its spa, featuring massages,

ROOM CATEGORIES and DESCRIPTIONS
The hotel features 416 guestrooms, including 11 suites, richly appointed in tropical
green, coral, gold colors, complemented by rattan furniture and Latin
contemporary artwork. The majority of guestrooms are approximately
400 sq. ft. and are furnished with either one king bed or two double
beds. The hotel has limited availability of connecting rooms. A small
selection of rooms is also available for physically challenged guests.
Specific bedding and/or special requests are fulfilled based on availability
and cannot always be guaranteed.
Arrival/Departure Time:
Check-in time: 3pm, and check-out time: 12pm
If passengers want early check-in they should book the room for the
nt before in order to have this guaranteed.
If passengers want a late check-out, they may do so day of departure
and only if available they may stay until 1pm, check-outs any longer
than that would be assessed either a full day or half day hotel room
rate.
Children Policy:
Children under 18 years of age are complimentary in their parents'
room, when utilizing existing bedding.
