STANDARD, 2 double beds or 1 king. Most Standard rooms are set
amongst lush tropical landscaping, intimately appointed
throughout 7 buildings creating a true Caribbean essence and
are only a short walk to the beach.
SUPERIOR, 2 doubles or 1 king, some with a sofa bed, balcony.
SUITE (*), 2 king beds, each Master Suite has a luxury of
space including an entire living terrace with dining table and
chaise lounges. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, 2 separate
rooms with en-suite baths, living room, dining room, dining
area and breakfast bars.

STEAK AND SEAFOOD GRILL, This innovative, open air dining
establishment is set beside a glimmering pool and overlooks
the beach. A fine selection of prime cuts of beef and varied
seafood selections are available here along with innovative
dishes that will tempt the palate. This restaurant is not
included in the All Inclusive plan effective 2005.
CITRUS, A la carte, open for dinner. Amongst the hand crafted
coral walls of the Citrus Restaurant, elegant and sophisticated
ambiance compliments the fine cuisine passionately prepared by
the resident chefs who have erased borders and deliciously
combine flavors and techniques from around the world.
AMBER BISTRO, International Marche, breakfast, lunch, dinner,
snacks.
MALIBU, Malibu promises our guests a restaurant where the
California inspired a-la-minute cuisine is as striking as the
decor. Malibu features a menu in which our chef has erased
borders to combine flavors and techniques from around the world.
The dishes served at Malibu give new meaning to "world fusion".
To accompany the delightful menu, Malibu also offers a
carefully selected list of wines and spirits.
SONORA RESTAURANT, specializing in Mexican Cuisine; featuring
snack and lunch buffet between 11:00am-6:30pm (Texmex). At
sunset, from 6:30pm-10:00pm A La Carte Restaurant with 2
seatings. As usual, reservations for dinner required.
