ROOM CATEGORIES and DESCRIPTIONS
St. James's Club offers 178 rooms in five categories, 105 of which are located
in three of the Club's Main Buildings, referred to as Bougainvillea,
Hibiscus and Poinciana. The remaining 73 rooms are private villas
that overlook Mamora Bay in what is referred to as the "Village".

Check-in time: 3pm, and check-out time: 12pm

EP - European Plan
Children 11 years and under stay FREE as third or fourth person in
room.
AI - All Inclusive Under 2 years free of charge 2-11 charged as children
12 years and over pay adult rate
Maximum Occupancy:
Club Room - 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.
Premium Room - 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.
Beachfront - 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

All accommodations are air-conditioned with either two double or one

can be put into Club or Premium Rooms.
CLUB ROOM, lovely tropical garden view location with two double beds
(king bed on request).
PREMIUM ROOM, spacious rooms overlooking sea with one king bed or
two double beds.
BEACHFRONT, all rooms have either a balcony or terrace overlooking
the beach/ocean, fridge, TV, coffee maker, safe and hairdryer and
2 queen beds or 1 king bed.
SUITES, One bedroom suite with separate living room and either ocean
view or bay view location. One king bed.
2-BEDROOM VILLA, situated in the Villa Village, each features 2 separate
bedrooms w/ private bath & shower. Master bedroom has king-size bed,
full bath with tub, shower and bidet. Second bedroom has full bath
with shower and two twin beds. Villas are equipped with separate dining
and living areas with balcony & patio overlooking Mamora Bay. All
w/ full kitchen facilities.
DINING
RAINBOW GARDEN, Main restaurant open every day for breakfast and lunch, and selected
evenings for dinner. Generous buffets and a la cate choices.
COCO's, Casual dining experience. Open daily for breakfast, lunch
and dinner with creative buffets and a few a la carte selections.
DOCKSIDER RESTAURANT & BAR, An open-air restaurant specializing in
bistro-style cuisine as well as Caribbean dishes. Here you'll experience
casual, candlelit dinners nestled under palm trees beside Mamora Bay
Beach.
PICCOLO MONDO, Fine dining restaurant (For All Inclusive guests there
is a $35.00 per person per reservation supplement)
GARDEN PATIO, An outdoor patio where you will enjoy both early morning
coffee service and afternoon tea.

Dress Code:
In the restaurants, shoes are worn, and bathing suits are covered.
After 6:30pm, men wear slacks (no shorts or jeans) and collared shirts
w/short or long sleeves (no t-shirts or tank tops). Women wear dresses,
skirts, slacks, culottes, or tailored Bermuda-length shorts
(no "short shorts", cutoffs, or jeans). Jackets are preferred for
men on a year-round basis at the Manager's Party and Gala Evening
dinners. Jackets for men are required on certain evenings during the
Christmas/New Year Holiday time periods.Restaurants are closed during
theme party nights usually Monday and Thursday. During summer months,
one
restaurant will be open in the evening, based on occupancy level.

All minimum lengths of stay requirements are subject to change without notice.
Year round, 3nt minimum stay (except holiday).
Minimum Stays- 7 night minimum stay required in The Club (Club room,
Premium room, Beachfront & Suite) December 21, -January 2, and February
7-23, .
5 night minimum stay required January 3-April 22, , all other dates
require a 3 night
consecutive stay.
In the Village (Villas) over Christmas and New Years departures by
December 26, require
a 7 night minimum; otherwise, a 10 night minimum.
Stays under the minimum requirement will be charged at the full minimum
stay.
