1 or 2 bedroom suite with stunning oceanviews. Each suite offers a
host of lavish appointments including exquisite furnishings, marble
floors in the interior, Italian clay-tiled terraces, spacious living
and dining area, fully equipped kitchen with granite-topped counters,
and lavish bathrooms with whirlpool bathtubs. Amenities include central
a/c with individual climate control, ceiling fans, cable TV, direct-dial
telephone and in-room safe. On site resort amenities are a large freshwater
pool, gym/exercise room, barbeque area, daily maid service, concierge,
free parking. Also available- limited room service, internet access
at the main office, cellular phone rental, wine list, VCR rentals,
DVD rentals, baby-sitting services, massage treatments, car rental
arrangements and laundry/dry cleaning. Just across the street enjoy
the crystal blue waters and white sand beach of Dawn Beach, a choice

Children Policy:
Up to 3 children under the age of 12 are free with 1 paying adult
in a Deluxe One Bedroom Suite (max persons in a suite 4). Up to 4
children under the age of 12 are free with 1 or 2 paying adults in
a Deluxe Two Bedroom Suite (max persons in a suite 6).
Maximum Occupancy:
Deluxe 1 Bedroom Suite - 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.
Deluxe 2 Bedroom Suite - 6 adults or 3 adults and 3 children.
DELUXE ONE BEDROOM SUITE, have all rooms on a single level, with the
living/dining room, and the bedroom opening to a spacious balcony
overlooking the Caribbean Sea. The bedroom is furnished with a king-sized
bed and ample storage area for clothing and other belongings. A full
bath, complete with Whirlpool tub, extends off the bedroom. An additional
half-bath is accessible from the primary living space. The large living
room area is furnished with ample seating area for lounging and entertaining.
Enjoy the panoramic view through French doors and floor-to-ceiling
windows. The sleeper couch extends to a double-sized bed for additional
sleeping accommodations. The fully equipped kitchen looks over a bar
counter to enjoy the splendid view as well.
DELUXE TWO BEDROOM SUITE, Two bedroom suites offer additional living
area, as well as precious outdoor balcony space. One type is similar
in layout to the one bedroom suite, except the master bedroom extends
off of the opposite side of the living room. A half-flight of cool
marble stairs brings you to the expanse of the master bedroom with
its king-sized bed, walk-in closet, and dressing area. The master
bathroom is private and equipped with a Whirlpool bath. Privacy abounds
with its own private balcony offering beautiful views of St. Barts
and the glittering Caribbean Sea. The second bedroom in these suites
is also furnished with a king-sized bed, has significant storage area,
and has direct access the second full bathroom. If necessary, living
room couch may be converted to offer additional sleeping accommodations.
The other type of two bedroom suite has both sleeping areas
off of the same side of the living room. The large master bedroom
is similarly furnished at the bottom of a half-flight of stairs, and
also enjoys its own private balcony and full bathroom.
Every unit is a luxurious 1 or 2 bedroom suite. Exquisite furnishings,
either contemporary or rattan, give each suite a personalized and
unique character of its own. Each suite offers a host of lavish appointments
including marble floors in the interior, Italian clay tiled terraces,
large living and dining area, spacious bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen
with granite-topped counters, and extravagant bath- rooms with whirlpool
bathtubs (master bathroom only).
Room amenities include central a/c, ceiling fans, cable TV, direct
dial telephone, fully equipped kitchen, mini-bar snack items, in room
safe, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
If a rollaway bed is requested, there will be a charge of $50 USD
for the week (subject to availability). Cribs are offered complimentary.
DINING
A choice of restaurants are within a short walk or short drive from
Princess Heights. Just across the street on the beach, enjoy open-air
dining with panoramic beach views at Mr. Busby's Beach Bar and Restaurant
serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily.

• Rental Car may be picked up directly at the airport (Value
Car Rental will have sign with guests' name at airport)- Must specify
guest arrival flight info in final rooms manifest. The insurance
with the car is third party insurance only and credit card must
be presented to Car Rental Company in order to use the car for the
duration of your stay and to cover the deductible of $500.00 in
case of collision.

MISCELLANEOUS
All guest checking into Princess Heights Condominiums MUST present
a valid credit card (to include American Express, Master Card, or
Visa) or a refundable cash deposit of US $500.00 to cover any incidental
charges incurred during their stay and to cover the security
deposit for any damage that may be caused in the unit during their
stay.
