Spacious accommodations include your choice of 1 king size bed or
2 twin beds & boasts satellite TV, direct dial telephone, refrigerator
and in-room coffee maker. Rooms are decorated with colorful island
spreads and drapery and white washed furniture. Floors are Italian
tiled.

ONE BEDROOM SUITE, One Bedroom Suite with living room and separate

FERRY HOUSE, probably one of the best restaurants in the Bahamas, features a variety
of excellent foods & carries a wide assortment of extremely good wines.
Located at the
entrance to Pelican Bay. It has a full service menu and erves lunch
and dinner. Closed Monday evenings.
YELLOW TAIL'S BAR & GRILL, located poolside poolside offers a selection
of food items in addition to a full service bar. Myriad restaurants
are located at the adjacent Port Lucaya Marketplace and Our Lucaya
Beach & Golf Resort.

There is a mandatory service charge per person per day.

Spring Break Policy:
• During the Spring break season (March-April) the minimum age
requirement will be 25 years. Room reservations may be denied if age
is not presented on their reservation.
• Triple occupancy avaialble on request.
• Quad only available on request for children sharing room with
parents.
