Once a private estate, One & Only Ocean Club rests between miles
of pristine beach and exquisite gardens inspired by the romantic
grandeur of Versailles. Fragrant blossoms of hibiscus and bougainvillea,

garden decorated with bronze and marble statues from Europe. At
its apex stands the dramatic arches of a twelfth-century Augustinian

glass doors lead to an adjoining terrace or balcony with sweeping
views of the Atlantic or gardens.

BEACHFRONT SUITE, Contemporary luxury graces the Crescent Suite. Each
expansive one-bedroom suite is designed in an elegant island decor.
A king-sized mahogany bed, a desk and a lounge chair are inviting
features of the bedroom. The large parlor with its living room and
dining room areas create a comfortable residential ambiance. Louvered
doors
open to pristine stretches of sand, sea and sky. Marble bathrooms
are beautifully appointed with double sinks, a walk-in steam shower,
a bidet, and a jetted tub large enough for two.

POOL & TERRACE CAFE, When you prefer to linger poolside, the Pool Terrace Cafe
offers a savory menu of continental cuisine and re- freshing tropical
drinks.
CLUBHOUSE, The Clubhouse at the heart of the Ocean Club Golf Course
offers breakfast, lunch and dinner with indoor and outdoor seating
available. A varied menu is complimented by stunning views of the
course and ocean beyond.
BARS and LOUNGES
THE LIBRARY, Located in One & Only Ocean Club's stately reception hall, The Library
exudes the warm, comfortable ambiance. Cocktails, fine vintage wines
and champagnes, an extensive martini menu, cigars and afternoon tea
are served along with lovely panoramic views of the ocean.
MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION
Minimum Age Requirement Policy:
An individual must be at least 21 years of age in order to secure
a confirmed reservation and must present a valid credit card in that
individual's name at time of check-in.
If under 21, the guest must be traveling with a family group or a
group that is paid for by
a master account. At no other time will a reservation be confirmed
under the name of
someone who is less than 21 years of age.
Guests may be asked to present photo ID upon check-in.
• No name changes or revisions within 14 days of arrival on confirmed
reservations will
be allowed.
• A housekeeping gratuity will be charged to guests upon checkout.
Children's Program: The hotel has an innovative KidsOnly Program for
guests 6-12 years with daily themed activities.
