Welcome to Nisbet Plantation Beach Club, an intimate resort on the
small but incredibly beautiful island of Nevis in the Caribbean West
Indies. With a rich heritage and natural diversity, you'll find it
a slow moving, relaxing destination designed to provide the perfect
holiday. A place that is unhurried, unspoiled and offers a most uncommon
vacation experience. Nisbet Plantation is situated on 30 acres of
an old coconut plantation, edging the island's reef-protected shore
with white sand beach.

Children Policy:
• Children under 2 years of age stay free with adults in superior
(maximum 1 adult/1 child) or Deluxe Rooms only.
• Children charged in Deluxe (2-11) and Premier Rooms (5-11).
• Premier Room allows children 5-11 only (maximum 2), no children
under 5 years of age permitted.
• As a courtesy to you, your children and other guests, children
under 8 years are encouraged to dine at 6pm in the Great House,
or special arrangements can be made.
• Babysitting is available at an additional charge.
Maximum Occupancy:
Superior - 2 adults or 1 adult and 1 child (over 5 years).
Deluxe - 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.
Premier - 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children (over 5 years).
SUPERIOR ROOMS, The 14 Superior rooms are housed in 7 semi-
detached cottages each with shower/bathroom, air conditioning,
and screened porch and outside patio. The bedding consist
of 1 king bed or 2 twin beds.
DELUXE SUITES, The 10 Deluxe suites, in 5 semi-detached cottages
enjoy a separate living room, air conditioning and full bath. The
bedding consists of 1 king or 2 twin beds and have an additional
queen sized sofabed in separate living room area.
PREMIER JR SUITES, The 12 Premier units are junior suites with living
room, air conditioning, full bath, open patio. The bedding consist
of 1 king or 2 twin beds and have an
additional queen sized sleep sofabed.
All rooms feature: telephone- direct dial telephones with easy international
access, elcome beverage, custom-stocked mini-bar, ceiling fans,
a/c, in-room safe, hair dryer, tea and coffee-maker and full complement
of bathroom amenities.
DINING
COCONUTS, Overlooking the pool and the beach, this open-air tropical restaurant,
known for its casual nature and dining delights, is an ideal place
to sit back, relax, and take in the invigorating island atmosphere.
A popular meeting place for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, Coconuts
is also the scene for the popular evening poolside barbecue.
GREAT HOUSE, Known for its historic 18th-century charm and classic
dcor, the Great House is one of a kind. Guests can savor an exquisite
five-course dinner in an elegant yet
unpretentious atmosphere. Dine inside, where two-foot-thick stone
walls, art, and antiques provide a sense of the historical importance
of Nisbet Plantation. Or enjoy an evening outside on the porch as
the many colors of evening unfold.
BARS and LOUNGES
SEA BREEZE BEACH BAR, No island beach resort would be complete without its own
"signature" tropical concoction. The Beach Bar at Nisbet Plantation
has many, including the "All In One" made from the bartender's special
recipe and the infamous "Midday Creeper." Sound delicious? Just wait
until you actually taste them, or sample Nevis's best Pina Colada
or their special Plantation Daiquiris. You may never want to leave.
For those seeking casual dining, the friendly staff will be happy
to serve you lunch under the colorful windsurfing sails. The Beach
Bar, with its lively music and ideal tropical setting,
serves as the epicenter of beach activities throughout the day and
into the evening.

MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION
Location:
Nevis, in the Leeward Islands of the NW Caribbean, is 2 miles south
of Sister Island St. Kitts, and is dominated by a 3,232-ft. peak where
lush slopes fall to coral sand beaches. Nisbet Plantation is situated
on 30 acres of an old coconut plantation, edging the island's reef-protected
shore with white sand beach.
