tea and coffee making facilities, an in-room safe, a private bathroom
with luxurious bath products and hairdryer, and twice daily maid service.
PREMIUM ROOMS, either 1 king bed or 2 twin beds, designed to catch
the breeze, making them cool and comfortable.
1 BEDROOM SUITE, This suite features a king bedroom, separate sitting
room with a sofa bed and private garden. The suite can be combined
with an adjoining guestroom for a two-bedroom suite including one
king bed, two double beds and a separate sitting room with a sofa
bed and private garden.
DINING
THE TERRACE, an open-air restaurant set on the western veranda and featuring night
time views of the lights of Charlestown and St. Kitts, serves breakfast
daily and dinner nightly.
MILL COURTYARD, Serving lunch daily in an open air setting.
THE MILL, An intimate restaurant for 2-18 people set in the plantation's
original 18th century sugar mill, serving a four-course prix fixe
menu three nights a week. Also available for private parties.
Room service is available for continental breakfast only.
