Le Sereno is the renaissance of a beloved hotel on St. Barth. It was
originally founded in 1972, by a group of European celebrities, one
in particular that lent his name to the property. The hotel was acquired
and expanded by the Parisot Group in 1982, and continued to be one
of the islands most popular rendezvous. In 2002, the hotels new owners,
began to re-design and rebuild the newly-christened "Le Sereno" as
the deluxe property among the islands select group of hotels. The
development team includes a renowned French designer, lighting designer
and landscape architect. The intimate 37 suite-and villa Le Sereno
is located at the east end of the island and stretches along almost
180 meters (600 feet) of sandy beach on picturesque Grand Cul-de-Sac
- a turquoise cove protected from the waves by a coral reef. The beautiful
beach, and the cove is the islands most popular destination for kite
sailors and wind surfers.

Most of these elegant suites of 35 m2 (375 ft2) provide an ocean view
and all feature a beautifully private landscaped garden. The Suite
Terrasse are accessible through sliding glass doors and are equipped

with high speed Internet access. The elegantly contemporary designed

GRANDE SUITE PLAGE, 1 king bed or 2 twin beds depending on the rooms
and 1 sofabed. Supremely comfortable and beachfront, the Grand Suite
Plage are all overlooking the stunning Grand Cul-de-Sac lagoon offering
a spectacular panoramic ocean view. The Grand Suite Plage measure
from 45 to 70 m2 (484 to 753 ft2). These luxurious and spacious suites
evoke a relaxed St Barth feel. They feature a generously sized living
area
and are comfortably furnished with a four poster bed, a sofa-bed,
armchair, a large wooden coffee table and a desk, as well as a wooden
deck. All Grand Suite Plage are equipped with air-conditioning, ceiling

VILLA SUR MER, 1 king bed and 1 sofabed. The Resorts ultra luxurious
ocean view one-bedroom and separate living area villas and are located
on the hillside. These spacious and conformable villas 80 m2 (860
ft2) • feature a wooden deck of 25 m2 or 270 ft2. The separate
living area features an oversized loveseat, a large table, armchairs,
a coffee
table and a desk as well as a large wardrobe. The Villa Vue Mer are
equipped with air-conditioning, ceiling fan, safe deposit box, private
bar, 2 plasma screen TVs, TV cable network, iPod station and iPod,
DVD player and direct dial telephone with high speed Internet access.

VILLA DU PECHEUR, 1 king bed and 1 sofabed. Directly located on the
beachfront, La Villa du Pecheur has its own private extensive outdoor
living space with a pool and deck area and features a bedroom and
a separate living area. This spacious and conformable villa - 80 m2
or 860 ft2 - feature a large wooden deck of 55 m2 or 590 ft2. The
separate living area benefits from a sofa-bed, a large table, armchairs,
a coffee table and a desk. La Villa du Pecheur is equipped with air-conditioning,
ceiling fan, safe deposit box, private bar, 2 plasma screens TVs,
TV cable network, iPod station and iPod, DVD player and direct dial
phone with high speed Internet access. The full size bathroom includes

breakfast, lunch and dinner. Dress code is chic casual, and reservations
are required.
