to scuba.

HEMINGWAY'S, This free-standing beachside restaurant is so popular on the island
that advance reservations are a must. The casual ambience of Hemingway's
dining room
overlooking Seven Mile Beach, combined with sophisticated Caribbean
cuisine, are reasons why Hemingway's has been one of the island's
most popular restaurants for over ten years. Open for breakfast 7am-11am,
for lunch 11:30am- 2:30pm, and for dinner 6pm to 10pm.Hemingway's
Bar Open 11:00 am to 11:00 pm.
BAMBOO, With its trendy decor and ambience, its eclectic mix of music,
and most importantly, its energetic and friendly staff, Bamboo has
quickly become one of the island's hottest nightspots. This popular
high-energy lounge happens to have one of the best sushi bars on the
island. Enjoy an atmosphere of understated elegance with an Asian
influence, as the staff tempts you with an elaborate array of sushi,
sashimi, appetizers, specialty drinks, desserts, and much more.
BARS and LOUNGES
Aqua's Bar, Swim or walk up to Aqua's Bar. This attractive gazebo-style bar is
located at the swimming pool along the hotel courtyard. Specializing
in an extensive selection of tropical drinks and lunch grill specialties
including "wraps", salads and burgers. Open Monday through Saturday
10:00 am to 6:00 pm. Sunday - 11:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Beach Bar & Grill, Can you picture yourself sitting in the lovely
pools, sipping on a "Cayman Sunset" and watching it? Join us at the
swim / walk-up bar and maybe you can catch the "Green Flash" at sunset.
Located at the Beach Suites. open Monday through Saturday - 10:00

Britannia Bar, This casual sports bar is located in the golf clubhouse
and offers several viewing areas to watch your favorite sporting event,
including a large screen TV located on the 2nd level loft.
Loggia Lounge, Relax in the casual open-air elegance of the Loggia
Lounge. Enjoy your favorite cocktail, cigar or late- night snack in
this charming island setting listening to the
island sounds of local favorites. Loggia Lounge has a large selection
of Cuban cigars and smoking is allowed.
