Bedding choice in most rooms are 2 double beds or 1 king bed (except
for Golfview & Beachfront Lower, see below).
GOLFVIEW, Rooms are located in a two-story building over- looking
the west golf course near the main lobby. Upper level rooms have
balconies; ground floor rooms have patios.
All rooms have 1 king size bed.
POOLVIEW, Rooms are located in the Terrace Wing. All rooms have
1 king size bed or 2 double beds with balconies over- looking the
main pool with partial views of the ocean.
BEACHFRONT, Rooms are located to the east and west of the main building
facing the ocean. All buildings are two stories comprising either
ground level or upper level rooms.
>Lower Level - two double-bedded rooms with day bed and patio, on
the beach.
>Upper Level - king bedded room with day bed and balcony overlooking
the beach.
SU CASA COTTAGE, Rooms located on Rockefeller Point, the rooms are
decorated in rich dark woods, terracotta tiles and Spanish fabrics
accentuated with colorful throw pillows and overstuffed duvet on
a pedestal bed. The room offers 1 king size bed or 2 double beds,
a sofa bed and Spanish influenced furnishings.
REGENCY CASITA, Rooms are located near the main building between
the beach and the main pool. Each king-bedded casita has a private
lawn, large room with sitting area, ceiling fan and shower with
skylight.
CASITA DORADO, 3 room suite Spanish style hacienda with a wet bar,
refrigerator & dining table. Connects with two bedrooms and two
baths. One bedroom has a king size bed, the 2nd has double. The
main bathroom has a skylight walk-in shower, double sink, Jacuzzi
tub. The suite is located on the ocean, near the main building and
main pool with a private lawn and private patio.
All rooms are air conditioned w/individual climate control, remote
control color TV, in room safe, iron/ironing board, mini-bar, hairdryer,
and am/fm alarm clock radio.
Specific bedding and/or special requests are fulfilled based on
availability and cannot always be guaranteed.
DINING
BEACH BOHIO BAR & GRILL, There's no need to leave the beach or pool paradise to
enjoy lunch at the Hyatt Dorado Beach. At the beach grill you can
enjoy hamburger, hot-dogs, sand- wiches, the hotel's famous Coco Loco
drink and much more. Lunch served daily from 11:30am-5:00pm. Bar open
11:00am- 7:00pm.
JOHNNY ROCKETS, Enjoy good old fashion hamburgers, french fries, and
milk shakes while enjoying a classic song personally picked from the
juke box.
OCEAN TERRACE CAFE, Enjoy the soothing sea breeze, while having breakfast
or lunch on this open terrace facing the Atlantic Ocean. Breakfast
buffet from 7:00am-11:00am A la carte breakfast from 7:00am-12:00nn.
Lunch from 12:00pm-4:00pm .
SURF ROOM, Every dinner charms and delights the palate with its excellence
and variety. Enjoy superb continental dishes in the tiered three-level
Surf room, overlooking the breaking surf. Open for dinner at the Hyatt
Dorado Beach from 6:30pm-9:30pm Reservations required. Dress code,
elegant casual, jackets suggested, no shorts, no jeans.
SU CASA RESTAURANT, Nothing personifies the charm of the Hyatt Dorado
Beach better that Su Casa. This old oceanfront Hacienda, with its
red tile roof, graceful staircases and courtyard, serves the finest
tradition in Spanish/Puerto Rican Cuisine. Dining verandas and Spanish-style
rooms create an ambiance that is a gourmet's dream, add the romantic
delight of strolling musicians, candlelight and the lyric sounds of
the coqui, Puerto Rico's tiny singing frogs, for an unforgettable
evening. M.A.P. allowance is applicable. Open for dinner only from
6:30pm-10:00pm every day except Sundays (closed). Reservations required.

EL CATADOR, Offering a private dining experience within the Surf Room
Restaurant lobby, "El Catador" is the perfect place to conduct any
special event, from a business lunch or dinner, to a memorable family
reunion. This cozy room is ideal for groups of no more that eight
people. "El Catador's" ambiance and decor is reminiscent of a local
turn of the century
mansion's wine cellar.
ZEN GARDEN, Features a fusion of Chinese-Japanese specialties including
Sushi and Sashimi and other favorite dishes. The restaurant features
a service bar and an elegant dining room with a friendly atmosphere.
The well-experienced chefs and their attentive staff will certainly
make your dining a very enjoyable experience. Zen Garden is open daily
at 6:00pm (Sushi Bar is closed on Mondays). Smoking tables available
at the Terrace dining area.
HACIENDA DEL SOL, Come and enjoy the new South Western Cuisine with
a Latino twist and personalized by the Chef. Located at the Hyatt
Dorado Beach Golf Club House, hacienda del Sol overlooks the breathtaking
Atlantic Ocean, and the famous 18th hole on the East Golf Course.
Come for lunch before or after your tee time or be pleasantly surprised
with the atmosphere during dinner while the Sardinera Bay is lit up
by a star filled sky. Visit them for the famous Sunday Brunch 11:30am
- 4:00pm, or Fridays Brazilian Rodizio Night from 6:30pm-9:00pm. Closed
For dinner on Monday and Tuesday.
IN ROOM DINING, Conveniently available from 6:30am-12:45am The impeccable
in-room dining is a perfect way to start a busy day, indulge in a
late night snack, or just dine in the
privacy of your room balcony. For your convenience an in-room servi-bar
is complete with a variety of snacks and beverages. Inventories are
taken on a daily basis and the appropriate
charges will appear our guest room account.
BARS and LOUNGES
