DINING
IL CIELO, The enchanting Bahamian ambience of Il Cielo is accentuated by fold-away
glass panels and screens to create a light and airy dining experience,
back dropped by views over the pools and the ocean. Il Cielo serves
breakfast daily, offering a spectacular buffet along with an a la
carte menu. For dinner, dine on Italian cuisine while gazing at the
landscaped gardens and stars over- looking Emerald Bay. On the menu
is a wide selection of Italian dishes and fresh, locally caught seafood-
stylishly prepared and accompanied by offerings from an impressive
wine cellar. A variety of vegetarian dishes and an inspired selection
of nutrionally balanced, healthier fare is offered on all menus. A

al fresco setting for lunch and dinner. Live nightly entertainment
is offered.

IL CIELO LOUNGE, Adjacent to Il Cielo, Il Cielo Lounge is a perfect spot for relaxing
over a quiet drink or a snack. In the evening, enjoy tropical libations
and classic cocktails on the outdoor patio, with your favorite Cuban
cigar and grappa.
