rooms are located on the lower floors of the main building overlooking
Isla Verde. The rooms offer either one king size bed or two double
beds.
SUPERIOR ROOM (Formerly known as GRANDE VISTA), Overlooking the tropical
pools or the glittering city of San Juan, these 351-416 square foot
rooms allow you to step out onto your private balcony/terrace. Choose
a king bedded room or enjoy the spacious extended sitting area on
the double bedded rooms. Number of rooms: 139.
Please note: The Superior category is NOT available during the Christmas
period.
DELUXE ROOM (Formerly known as GRANDE LANAIS), These 448 square foot
rooms are located by the pool on the second and third floors. Consisting
of a king size bed or two double beds, these rooms allow you to step
out onto your private balcony/terrace and enjoy the spectacular views
of the tropical gardens and pools. Number of rooms: 39.
PREMIER LANAI(Formerly known as OCEAN FRONT LANAIS), Overlooking the
shimmering Atlantic Ocean, the 525-645 square foot elegant Caribbean
style oceanfront lanais with spectacular views are located in a two-story
building with a private pool. Consisting of king or double bedded
rooms with tile floors, sitting area, Jacuzzi bath, separate glass
enclosed shower, and double sinks. Number of rooms: 19.
Room amenities include: color cable TV with remote control, spectra
vision, mini-bar, in room safe, hairdryer, iron and ironing board,
ceiling fan, video update & video check-out,
direct-dial cordless telephone with dataport & voice mail, direct
high-speed Internet access, entertainment center with VCR, CD player,

LA VERANDA CAFE, Breakfast & lunch with an international menu, inside and outside
seating, located by pools and tropical gardens.
LA PICCOLA FONTANTA, Enjoy a robust, Italian meal at this elegant,
restaurant. Open for dinner. Reservations are required and there is
a dress code.
YAMATO, Yamato offers an excellent selection of entrees from the menu
or try the authentic teppanyakki table. The sushi bar features a wide
selection of fresh fish, presented by very creative sushi chefs. Reservations
required and there is a dress code.
THE BISTRO, Open daily for breakfast and nightly for inner and midnight
snacks. The Bistro s an authentic French cafe offering a variety of
coffee and pastry selections to begin your day or elegant appetizers,
gourmet sandwiches and French pastries as you take a break.
TEQUILA BAR AND GRILL, 10th floor with traditional Mexican food and
music. Reservations required and there is a dress code.
THE RANCH, Located on the 10th floor, the first country western bar
& grill in San Juan. Features the best barbeque ribs in San Juan.

THE PALM, The classic American Steakhouse features gigantic steaks
& lobsters. Reservations required. There is a dress code.
PASHA, Open for dinner and serves Mediterranean cuisine. There is
